Visit the properties and make sure to put TEXAS APARTMENT REBATE down as your Apartment Locator on your GUEST CARDS and RENTAL APPLICATIONS to ensure that you receive your rebate of up to $500. Move into your new place and report your lease to us by filling out the Rebate Request Form. It shouldn't take more than a minute or so. We will verify the information with the apartment community. Once we verify your lease info, your rebate will be processed. We don't hold your rebate at TEXAS APARTMENT REBATE. The same day we receive our referral fee, we mail your rebate check.
